The program “Docthinks” has been awarded a grant to reduce food and beverage waste during its filming in Mallorca.

Thanks to this support, specific measures have been implemented, such as eliminating single-use utensils and containers , introducing reusable systems , and selecting local and seasonal (km 0) foods , thus promoting a more sustainable diet among film crews.

The goal is to move toward responsible audiovisual production that minimizes its environmental impact and promotes consumer habits consistent with the new sustainability standards promoted by the sector.

This project has been subsidized by the Fundació Mallorca Turisme as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan , financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU .

This support allows Docthinks to strengthen its commitment to Mallorca and contribute to a more conscious, circular, and territorially friendly filming model .
